Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn kernels, drained

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
